Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 15, 2026

1. Introduction

ANAT Business For Businesses ("ANAT", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website, WhatsApp chatbot, web chat widget, or any related services (collectively, the "Services").

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide: Name, phone number, email address, business name, and any other details you share through our contact forms, chatbot conversations, or intake processes.

Automatically collected: Device type, browser, IP address, pages visited, and usage patterns when you interact with our website or Services.

WhatsApp and messaging: When you communicate with us via WhatsApp or our chat widget, we receive your phone number, message content, and timestamps. These conversations are stored to provide continuity and improve our service.

3. How We Use Your Information

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing their use of data.

5. Google User Data

If you choose to connect your Google account so that emails are sent from your own mailbox, we request a single Google permission: "Send email on your behalf" (the gmail.send scope).

What we access: This permission only allows sending messages from your account. We do not request, and cannot access, the contents of your inbox, your contacts, or any other Google data.

How we use it: We send only the business emails you initiate or configure through the platform — such as proposals, invoices, payment reminders, and customer questionnaires — from your connected mailbox. Every message is triggered by your use of the platform; we never send unrelated email.

Storage and protection: The OAuth tokens Google issues for your connection are stored encrypted at rest and are used solely to send email on your behalf. No employee reads your Google data; there is no Google inbox data to read.

Sharing: We do not sell, transfer, or disclose Google user data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising. ANAT's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access: You can disconnect your mailbox at any time from your settings page in the platform, or revoke access from your Google Account security settings. Disconnecting deletes the stored tokens. To request deletion of any related data, contact us using the details in Section 11.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law. Chat conversation history is retained to maintain context for ongoing support.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

9. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
