End User License Agreement
Last updated: June 30, 2026
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and ANAT Business For Businesses ("ANAT", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the ANAT for Business platform and any related applications, integrations, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, connecting a third-party service, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, ANAT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes. This license does not permit resale, sublicensing, or use of the Services on behalf of unauthorized third parties.
2. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use. Access to customer records within the Services is governed by role-based permissions assigned by your organization's administrators.
3. Third-Party Integrations (including QuickBooks Online)
The Services let you connect third-party accounts — including Intuit QuickBooks Online — to enable features such as invoicing, payment collection, and accounting synchronization. When you connect QuickBooks Online, you authorize ANAT to access and exchange data with your QuickBooks company solely to provide these features on your behalf.
- We access only the data necessary to provide the connected features (e.g., customers, invoices, payments).
- We do not sell QuickBooks data, and we do not use it for advertising.
- You may disconnect a QuickBooks connection at any time from within the Services or from within QuickBooks; upon disconnection we stop accessing that company's data.
- Your use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit's own terms and privacy policy.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services; or (d) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law.
5. Customer Data
You retain ownership of the data you and your customers provide to the Services ("Customer Data"). You grant ANAT a license to process Customer Data solely to operate and provide the Services. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
6. Fees
Where the Services are provided under a paid subscription, fees, billing terms, and any payment-processing arrangements are set out in your separate order or service agreement with ANAT.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ANAT does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANAT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
9. Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends and you must stop using the Services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
10. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
